Sonoma Woodcraft was founded by J. Jake Pettengill, but is now powered by long-time production manager Greg Ogasawara. Greg has taken the reigns and is here to help build you smarter furniture.
The Sonoma Woodcraft Mission
To create a line of space-saving furniture, so distinctive, so unique, so solid that the buying public would instinctively realize its value. We want people to understand that our core product The Sonoma Wallbed is “the Murphy bed reimagined,” and that having one in their home is worth the investment.
Greg Ogasawara
Greg, the Owner of Sonoma Woodcraft, loves to create and build. He’s a master craftsman and proud of it. Give him a challenge and he will impress you.
Chess Pettengill
From a young age he has helped in the shop. Now later in life he leads dual careers, working from Los Angeles as a camera assistant on TV and commercials and helping manage Sonoma Woodcraft.
